Nevan Plumbing & Heating Ltd
These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between Nevan Plumbing & Heating Ltd ("the Company") and the customer for the plumbing, heating, gas and related services described in the quotation or invoice.
Access must be provided during normal working hours unless otherwise agreed. Missed appointments may incur a minimum charge of £60 plus VAT. Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Estimated start and completion dates are not guaranteed. The Company is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
Reasonable care will be taken. Unless included in the quotation, permanent redecoration, specialist flooring or finishes are excluded.
Quotations assume the existing plumbing system is serviceable. Defects discovered during installation may require additional work.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any required licences, permissions, easements or wayleaves.
Drainage guarantees apply only where a CCTV survey has been carried out by the Company.
Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties apply to products supplied. Guarantees are void if equipment is tampered with, not maintained where required, or invoices remain unpaid.
The Company is liable only for loss directly caused by its negligence. Consequential losses are excluded where permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury or statutory consumer rights.
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. Deposits and stage payments may be required. Late payment may delay warranty support.
Additional work requested by the customer will be charged separately.
Deposits may be retained to cover costs incurred. Where work has commenced, labour, materials and reasonable costs will be deducted before any refund.
Installations will be tested in accordance with applicable regulations where relevant.
Goods damaged in transit must be reported within 3 days and confirmed in writing within 7 days.
Marketing emails will only be sent where the customer has opted in or where otherwise permitted by law. Customers can unsubscribe at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
These Terms and Conditions should be reviewed by your solicitor before commercial use to ensure they suit your business.
